The absolute finest high output 49 state EPA compliant down pipes available for the RAM RHO.

Features:

Dyno proven peak gains of 23 hp and 26 lb ft vs oe cats on a completely stock vehicle
- 500 lb ft to the wheels at 3,000 rpm!
Dyno proven peak gains of 15 hp and 44 lb ft vs oe cats on a diablosport cat6 equipped vehicle
- +100hp and +150 lb ft @3250 rpm!
  - +5.6 psi at 3250 rpm!
- +55 hp and +80 lb ft @3500 rpm!
- 4-5 psi more boost from 3000 -4000 rpm!
- 3 psi more boost from 2000 -3000 rpm!
More power and torque everywhere under the curve
Peak torque comes on almost 300 rpm sooner
Massive bottom end and midrange gains as turbo spool comes on earlier and harder
AFR’s start at 14.5:1 and have a nice gradual taper to 12.4:1 at redline during a pull.
- No lean conditions and no tuning required!
49 Sate EPA Compliant high quality GESI Gen II UHO catalytic converters rated up to 1700 horsepower
400cpi S-wound cores proven to flow like an open 3″ pipe whilst meeting stringent EPA emissions standards
Metallic catalyst substrates capable of withstanding temperatures spikes up to 1,600*F
Higher temperature tolerance and resistance to thermal shock compared to that of the OE catalyst
Designed to dissipate heat faster than the OE which have had issues with temperatures and melting
Metallic catalysts used are less prone to cracking and more durable vs the OE ceramic catalyst
3D scanning and CAD modeling to ensure OE fitment and zero clearance issues
Improved flow path and geometry over OE design
Fluid dynamics optimized diameters and transitions chosen to minimize turbulence and pressure drop
Lowers back pressure, increasing spool
Lowers Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT)
Expertly tig welded by our in-house fabricator
Mandrel bent tubing for smooth transitions and superior flow
CNC 304 SS machined turbo flange
CNC 304 SS machined exhaust v-band flange
CNC 304 SS laser cut brackets
Provisions for the factory heat shield on the upper down pipe
All 304 Stainless Steel construction utilizing thick gauge USA made pipe
Bolts up to the OE mounting locations with no modifications
Made in the USA

Factory exhaust with the down pipes installed

Running 6-9db’s louder vs OE cats
Once it settles at warm idle its +6-7db
There is an increased turbo spool sound
Deeper more aggressive overall
No drone in 8th gear at freeway speeds (1800-2200 rpm), barely audible over road noise
